being a by-law to authorize the execution
of an "Offer to Renew Lease" with Her
Majesty the Queen
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS AS
FOllOWS:
THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and
seal with the Corporation Seal an 1I0ffer to Renew Lease"
between Her Hajesty the Queen and the Corporation, dated
the day of 5tfiCr1'lher 1982, whi ch is attached
hereto as Schedule "A".
