THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-lAW 82 - 133
being a by-law to appoint an Administration
and Records Supervisor
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. That Mrs. Vonne Haigh is hereby appointed "Administration and
Records Supervisor";
2. That said appointment shall be in accordance with the terms and
conditions as set out in Schedule "All attached hereto;
3. That Mrs. Vonne Haigh shall be paid for her services at the rate
appropriate for Step 4 of Salary Grade 9 of the salary scale
established for non-union employees.

Schedule IIAII to By-Law 82 - 133
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF MRS. VONNE HAIGH
1. Effective October 1 1982, Mrs. Vonne Haigh shall be appointed
to the position of Administration and Records Supervisor of
the Town of Newcastle.
2. The duties and responsibilities of the Administration and Records
Supervisor are those set out in Schedule IIAII herein.
3. Mrs. Vonne Haigh shall be remunerated in accordance with the
Town's policy in respect of the compensation for non-union staff
and more specifically shall be paid, from October 1 1982 at
Salary Grade 9, Step 4, in recognition of her past employment.
4. Mrs. Vonne Haigh shall be entitled to all other non-union
employee benefits as may be determined from time to time.
