THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 80-95
A By-Law to appoint Fence Viewers
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following are hereby appointed as
Fence Viewers under the authority and for
the purposes of the Line Fences Act, 1979:
Mr. Harold Dean, R. R. 1, Orono
Mr. A. Hamilton, R. R. 5, Bowmanville
Mr. Gerald Shackelton, R. R. 5, Bowmanville

2.
That the said Valuers shall receive the sum of
Seventeen Dollars and fifty cents ($17.50) per
diem when actually engaged in performing his
duties as Fence Viewer.
By-Law read a first and second time this Fourteenth day
of July 1980.
By-law read a third and final time this Fourteenth day
of July 1980.
