WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcas tIe deems it advisable to amend By-law 76-25, as amended, of the Town of Newcastle. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS as follows: 1. By-law 76-25, as amended, of the Corporation of the Town of New- castle is hereby further amended by renumbering Section 11 thereto as Section 12. . 2. By-law 76-25, as amended, of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following Section 11: "SECTION 11 SPECIAL CONDITIONS The following is a list of the special provisions which shall apply to the lands included within the "Defined Areas" of each "SPECIAL CONDITION". In the event that there is any conflict between the provisions of any "SPECIAL CONDITION" and any other provision of this By-law, then the provisions of the subject "SPECIAL CONDITION" shall apply, but in the event that such "SPECIAL CONDITION" is silent on any matter, then the provisions of this By-law shall apply. SPECIAL CONDITION 1 1.1 Defined Area The lands subject to this SPECIAL CONDITION comprise Lot 1, . Part of Lot 2, and part of the Unnumbered Lot, Block A, C. G. Hanning's Plan for the Village of Newcastle. , 'I', (.... ... , - 2 - . 1.2 Permitted Signs In addition to the signs permitted by Section 8 of this By-law, a wall sign bearing the corporate logo of the financial institution in the "Defined Area" shall be per- mitted, provided that the sign area of such wall sign shall not exceed ten square feet." 3.
