'!HE CDRroRATION OF TIlE '!OWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW NO. 80-88
Being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 79-1,
being a by-law to provide for the regulation
of parking, standing and stopping on highways
under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of
the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deans it expedient to
amend By-Law No. 79-1 as amended to be further amended;
NJW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:-
(1)
'mAT Schedule "E" of By-Law No. 79-1 respecting the lDcation of
Parking Meters is hereby further amended by deleting the following
words in Column (IV):-
"9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mondays to Thursdays and on Saturdays)
9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (on Fridays)
except legally proclaimed holidays."

'IHAT Schedule "E" of By-Law No. 79-1 respecting the l.Dcation of Parking
Meters is hereby further amended by adding the following words in
Column (IV):-
"9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays)
except legally proclaimed holidays. I'
BY -LAW READ a first time this 3rd day of July, 1980.
BY -LAW READ a second time this 3rd day of July, 1980.
BY -LAW READ a third tIime and finally passed this 3rd day of July, 1980.
