TIIEOORroRATION OFTIIETOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 80-80
a by-law to amend By-Law 79-62 being a by-law to provide
for an Annual Allowance to the Mayor and MEmbers of Council
Pursuant to the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 388,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby
ENACIS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Section 1 of the said By-Law 79-62 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(1) That the Mayor be paid an annual allowance
of Sixteen Thousand IX>llars ($16,000).
2. That the provisions of this by-law be retroactive
to January 1 1980.
By-Law read a first and second time this 16th day of June 1980.
By-Law read a third and final t~e this 16th day of June 1980.
