THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 80-75
being a by-law to amend by-law 77-25
WHEREAS on the 18th day of April, 1977, under The Cemeteries
Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 57, Section 65, the Council of the Town of Newcastle
passed By-law 77-25 regarding the maintenance, management and control of
cemeteries in the Town of Newcastle, which had been deemed to be abandoned;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to amend Schedule "A" to By-law 77-25 be deleting the
Abandoned Cemetery Lots 1 and 2, Concession 5, former Township of Clarke;
NOW THEREFOR the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule "A" to By-law 77-25 is hereby amended by deleting
Cemeteries in the former Township of Clarke
Abandoned Cemetery Lots 1 and 2, Concession 5.
This By-law shall come into effect when it has been approved by the Ministry of
Consumer and Commercial Relations
