Clerk ,tiL - -----/ /~ :....J- _-- , " -~:--- _:'~~,.. ,// /' .It .... , ..... . ., , ~ , j .v 11m CDRfQRATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCAS1LE BY-LAW 80-50 being a by-law to stop up and close that portion of the original side line road allowance between Lots Thirty-UQ (32) and Thirty-three (33), in the Second Concession, Geographic Township of Darlington, former County of Durham, now in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deem it desirable to pass this by-law; AND WHEREAS notice of intention of the Council to pass the said by-law in accordance with the requirements of Section 446 of The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, was published in the Canadian Statesnan and Newcastle Independent on the following dates: April 9 1980, April 16 1980, April 23 1980 and April 30 1980; AND \~IEREAS notice of the intention of the Council to pass this by-law was sent by registered mail to the Regional ~rumicipality of Durham, on the 8th day of April 1980, and the Regional Council has granted approval to the proposed by-law. row 'lliEREFORE BE IT ENACI'ED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF TIIE CDRroRATION OF 'IRE IDWN OF NEWCASTLE AS FOLIDWS: 1. T110se portions of the road allowance in the Town of Newcastle hereinafter described are hereby stopped up and closed: ALL AND SINGULAR 'IHAT certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham, province of Ontario, and being canposed of all that portion of the or;i.ginal side line road allowance between Lots Thirty-Uro (32) and Thirty-three (33) in the Second Concession of the Geographic Township of Darlington, fonner County of Durham, lying North of King's Highway Number 2, rore particularly designated as Parts One (1) and 'I\vo (2) according to Plan lOR llOl, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (#10) on March 31 1980.
