BY-LAW
80-34
Being a By-Law to dedicate certain lands as
a Public Highway in the Town of Newcastle.
BE IT ENACTED, AND IT IS ~EREBY ENACTED as a By-Law of the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, by the Council thereof,
as follows:
THE FOLLOWING LAND IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY,
to .be, and to form part of, the Public Highway known as Toronto
, Street in the Village of Newcastle, now within the limits of
the Town of Newcastle.
THE SAID LAND hereby established as a Public Highway is described
" , as foliows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or
, tract of land and premises, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Newcastle,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham
(formerly in the Village of Newcastle,
County of Durham) and being composed of
Parts 1 & 2, as shown on the Department
of Highway of Ontario Plan Number P-2704-
81, and deposited as Instrument Number
N25252 in the Land Registry Office for
the Registry Division of Newcastle (10)
on March 19, 1965.
Read a first and second time this 24th
March
1980.

Declaration under Section 23 of its Act
I, Joseph Motin McIlroy, of the Town of Newcastle, do solemnly declare
that I am a party to By-law #80-34 being a by-law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway in the 'lbwn of Newcastle being in the 'lbwn of Newcastle,
Regional Municipality of Durham (fonnily in the Village of Newcastle), and
being parts of lots 29 and 30, Concession 1 and being designated as parts
1 and 2 on Plan N25252.
I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing it to be
true and knowing that it is of the same force and effect as if made
under oath.
