BY-LAW 80-19
Being a By-Law to dedicate certain lands as
a Public Highway in the Town of Newcastle.
BE IT ENACTED, AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED, as a By-Law of The
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, by the Council thereof,
as follows:
"
THE FOLLOWING LAND IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY,
to be, and to form part of, the Public Highway known as
Concession 1 in the former Township of Darlington, now within
the limits of the Town of Newcastle.
THE SAID LAND hereby established as a Public Highway is
described as follows:

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or
tract of land and premises, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Newcastle in the
Regional Municipality of Durham, formerly
Part of Lots 27 and 28, Broken Front Con-
cession, Township of Darlington, more
particularly described as Parts 17 and 21
of Plan of Survey No. 10R-708, deposited
in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Newcastle (10) on
March 10, 1977.
Read a first and second time this 27th
day of February 1980.
Read a third time and passed this 27th
day of February 1980.
