80-130
being a by-law to establish a one foot reserve
on Registered Plan No. 680 as a PUblic Highway.
BE IT ENACIED and it is hereby enacted as a by-law of the
Town of Newca~le by the Corn.cil thereof as follows:
1.
The foll<Ming land is hereby established as a public
highway to be and to fom part of the public highway
known as Hillside Drive in the Town of Newcastle.
The said land hereby established as a public highway
is described as follCMs:
AlL AND SINGUlAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, laying and being in the Town of
Newcastle in the Regional Municipality of D..rrham
(formerly in the Township of Darlington, in the Corn.ty
of Durham) and being composed of the me foot reserve
at the west limit of Hillside Drive as shown on
Registered Plan 680 and rrore particularly described as
Block I 'A" .

Town of Newcastle by the Council thereof as follows:

The following land is hereby established as a public
highway to be and to fonn part of the public highway
known as Hillside Drive in the Town of ~castle,
The said land hereby established as a public highway
is described as follows:

(formerly in the Township of Darlington, in the County
of Durham) and being carposed of the Oile foot reserve
at the west limit of Hillside Drive as shown on
Registered Plan 680 and more particularly described as
Block "A".
