By-Law 80-129
being a by-law to amend By-Law 79-110
being a by-law to authorize the manbership
of the CoI'p)ration and its elected or
appointed officials in various associations
and paying the manbership fees.
WHEREAS the Council of the CoI'p)ration of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to amend such By-Law 79-110.
row THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby enacts as folJxJws:
'lliAT Section ~ a) of By.JLaw 79-110 be and is hereby amended by the
addition of the following:

(a) 12. Canadian Institute of Planners
Member - Director of Planning
- long Range Planner
- Current Operations Planner
13. Certified General Accountant
Member - Treasurer
