THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2007-191
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2007-036,
being a by-law to appoint Members to the Property Standards Committee for the
Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS Section 31 (11) of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, provides for the
establishment of a Property Standards Committee composed of such persons, not
fewer than three;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Jack Julicher be appointed to the Property Standards Committee for a term
concurrent with the term of the appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed.
By-Law read a first and second time this 24th day of September, 2007.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of September, 2007.
