A by-law to appoint a Road Superintendent
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:-

1. THAT Merrill L. Ross is hereby appointed Roads Superintendent
of the TOl~ of Newcastle during the pleasure of Council.
2. THAT all by-laws of the TOl~ship of Darlington, the Town of
Bowmanville, the Township of Clarke and the Village of
Newcastle not consistent with this by-law be and are hereby
repealed.
