The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:-
10 THAT James Ha~Jan is hereby appointe~ Fire Chief of the TOlin
of Newcastle durin3 the pleasure of Council.

2. THAT all by-lalls of the Tmffiship of Darlington, the Town of
Bowmanville, the To-~mship of Clarke and the Village of
Newcastle not consistent with this by-law be and are hereby
repealed..
