BE IT ENACTED and it is hereby enacted as a by-law of the
Corporation of the TOIm of Newcastle by the Council thereof as follows:
1. The following lo.nd is hereby established as a public highway to be
and to form part of the public highHny known as Roser Crescent in
the Town of NCVTcastlco The said land hereby established as a
public highw~y is described ns follows: All and singular that
certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and
being in the Tor.-m of Ne''lcastlc, in the Resional Municipality of
Durham (formerly in the Town of Bowmanvillc, in the County of
Durham) and being composed of the one foot reserve at the east limit
of Roser Crescent ;18 shown on Registered Plan Noo 700 and described
as Block "E""
20 The following land is hereby established as a public highway to
be D.nd to form part of the public highway kno\'m as Roser Crescent
in the Town of NC\'lCastle" The said lnnd hereby established as a
public highway is described as follows: ^ll and singular that certain
