tmEREAS Subsection 4 of Section 220 of the Municipal Act,
(R.SoO. 1970 Chapter 284, Section 220) provides that the Council of
a municipality may by by-law provide that the Treasurer may establish
and maintain a petty cash fund of an amount of money sufficient
to make change and to pay small accounts, subject to such terms and
conditions as the by-law may provideo
AND t-lHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as ~ollows:-

(b) Petty Cash Fund 40000

2. THAT By-Law No. 74-22 be and is hereby repealed.
