The ?1unicipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcactle
enacts as follows:-

THAT Horace R. Beat is hereby appointee By-Law Enforcement
Officer of the Tmm of Nmlcastle cinring the pleasure of
Council.
2.
THAT all by-lsl7c of the To~mG::ip o{ Darlington, the Town of
Bol'1l'!1anville, the TOlmcilip of Clarl:e and the Village of
Newcastle not concistent uith this by-lal'l be and are herebY
repealeda
