THE CORPOR/'TION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 74-63
being a by-law to amend By-Law
No. 74-46 being a by-law to appoint
Fence Viewers for the Town of Newcastle
and to fix the rate of remuneration.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts
as follows:
1. That paragraph 1 of By-law No. 74-46 be amended by deleting
the name of John Broome and substituting the name of Arthur
Hamilton.
This By-law read a FIRST~ SECOND and THIRD time and finally passed
this 19th day of August, 1974.
