A by-le'1 to appoint a D~rector of
En[;ineerin[~.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:-
1.
THAT Charles E. Watt is hereby appointed Director of Engineering
of the T01~ of Newcastle during the pleasure of Council.
2.
THAT all by-lavls of the TOlmship of Darlington, the Town of
Bowmanville, the To~mship of Clarke and the Village of
Newcastle not concictent with this by-law be and are hereby
repealed.
