A by-law to repeal By-Law 1'100 1764 of
the Corporation of the former Township
of Clarke passed on the 19th day of
December, 19730
WHEREAS the Plannins Advisory Committee of the Town of Newcastle have
recommended that the said By-Law Noo 1764 be repealed;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the To~m of Newcastle enacts
as follows:-
10 THAT By-Caw' 1'100 1764. of the Corporation of the former Township of
Clarke be and the same is hereby repealedo
