A by-law to repeal By-Law Noo 72-17 being
a by-law to enforce the provisions of the
Weed Control Act within the boundaries of
the Town of Bowmanvillco
WHERZAS Council of the Corporatio~ of the Town of Bowmanvi11e on
the first day of May, 1972, passed By-Lcw Noo 72-17 to appoint a Weed
Inspector in the TOvln of &nqma:wille;
AND WHEREAS the Regional Municipality of Durham is now responsible
for the appointment of a Weed Inspector;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby enacts as fo110wo:-
1. That By-Law Noo 72-17 be and io hereby repealed..
