THE CORPORATION OF THE
TO\-JN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 74-46
A by-law to appoint Fence Viewers for
the Town of Newcastle and to fix the
rate of remuneration.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint Fence Viewers for
the Town of Newcastle;
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970,
Chapter 284, Section 352, Paragraph 63, the Municipal Council of
the Corporation of the Town of Nel'lcastle hereby enacts:-
1. Harold Dean, John Broome and Gerald Shackelton, are hereby
appointed fence viewers for the Town of Newcastle.
2. That the rate of remuneration be set at $10.00 per eall.
3. That By-Law No. 2409 of the Township of Darlington and
By-Law No. 1647 of the Township of Clarke are hereby
repealed.
