By-Law No. 14-36
Being a by-law to set Plumbing Fee Schedule.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts as
follows:-
1. THAT the fees for plumbing inspections in the Town of Newcastle be as
follows:-
Si:np;le
Residence, Store or Business
Duplex
Multiple Apar~nts, Store and
Business
Factories and Plants
Schools, Churches, Arenas,
Hospitals and other Buildings
or premises not specified above.
Soil or Vent stack in excess of
one.
?
Fixtures added to existing sys~em
or plumbing renewed, al tered o~
repaired.
Building Drain.
Storm or Sanitary Sewer.
Change from Septic Tank to Sewer.
Additional inspections in excess of
two.
$6.00 plus $2.00 per fixture
$6.00 for first suite, $4.00 for
each additional suite, plus 12.00
per fixture.
$50.00 plus '2.00 per fixture.
$25.00 plus $2.00 per fixture.
$2.0Q.
$4.00 plus $2.00 per fixture.
$3.00;
$3.00.
$4.00.
$3.00 per inspection.
2. THAT all by-laws or portions of by-laws in the former Town of Bowmaz:rville,
Townships of Clarke and Darlington and the Village of Newcastle not consistent
with this By-law are hereby repealed.
