1. BUDGET
Discussed budget for 2019
2. KITCHEN RENOVATION
Board agreed payment for kitchen renovation in the amount of $68,308.00 would be paid for as
follows:
Fundraising account $35,000.00
Montague Trust $10,000.00
Irene Rinch Trust $23,000.00
3. ELECTRICAL
Obtain quote from Riseborough Electrical for Historical Room and Office
4. INVOICES
Motion by W. Woo, seconded by C. Abraham
That the following invoices be paid as presented:
Kevin Symak $75.00
Steve Fogg $325.00
D. Holmes $179.40
