The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
By-law 2018-105
Being a By-law to amend Clarington By-law 2014-059, entitled "A By-law to
Regulate Traffic and Parking on Highways, Private Property and Municipal
Property'.
WHEREAS the Board of Management of the Bowmanville Business Improvement Area
has requested an exemption from the payment of on -street metered parking fees during
the second half of December;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington is supportive of the request
from the Board of Management of the Bowmanville Business Improvement Area;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 34(3) of By-law 2014-059 is repealed.
2. That Schedule 5 of By-law 2014-059 is repealed and replaced with Schedule "A"
to this By-law.
3. This By-law comes into effect on the date it is enacted.
