Mayor Abernethy chaired this portion of the meeting.

There were no disclosures of pecuniary interest stated for this meeting.

Moved by Councillor Foster, seconded by Councillor Robinson
THAT the meeting be closed for the purpose of providing an education and training
session to the Members of Council with respect to the Emergency Services Department.
