Notice of Special Planning & Development Committee Meeting
Date: Monday, September 10, 2018

The purpose of this Special Meeting is to receive public input on the following Development
Applications and Staff reports:
1) 92 Elgin St. Minor Rezoning (to Facilitate Near Future Residential Land Division
2) 273 Liberty St. Rezoning and amendment to draft plan of subdivision to permit a block with
22 townhouse units.
3) Proposed rezoning associated with a surplus farm dwelling at 3648 Concession Road 5.
The rezoning would prohibit a new single detached dwelling on the 62.5 hectare retained
agricultural parcel
4) Hospice Application
