SUBJECT: REVISED MEETING SCHEDULE FOR
CURRENT BUDGET DISCUSSIONS
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that Council adopt the attached
schedule "A" as meeting dates for informal discussion of budget
material.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
As members of Council are no doubt aware, the request for the
inclusion of actual 1983 expenditures has constituted the
rescheduling of three budget dates.
The attached schedule provides meeting times to consider various
departmental budgets.
It should be noted that the budgets, complete with actuals, will
be available at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25th 1984.
