THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2007-076
Being a By-law to amend By-law 77-33, as amended, a
by-law to appoint Members to the Board of Management
for the Bowmanville Central Business Improvement Area,
and to repeal By-law 2004-065
WHEREAS THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
considers it desirable to amend By-law 77-33, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Board of Management for the
Bowmanville Central Business Improvement Area for a term concurrent with
the term of the appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed:
Lori Allin, Cactus Clothing Co.
Justin Barry, Justin Barry Optical
Angela Becz, CBS Group Inc.
Edgar Lucas, Intowne Gallery
Mark Hawkins, Edward Jones
2. THAT By-law 2004-065 is hereby repealed.
By-Law read a first and second time this 16th day of April, 2007.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of April, 2007.
