Being a by-law to amend the Election Sign By-law 2016-004
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it desirable
to amend Election Sign By-law 2016-004 to lift the prohibition of placing signs on boulevards,
NOW THEREFORE be it enacted that Bylaw 2016-004 be amended to delete Sub -section
10 d).
This by-law comes into effect on July 3rd, 2018.
Passed in Open Council this 3'd day of July, 2018.
