THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2007 - 038
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Samuel Wilmot Nature Area
Management Advisory Committee for the Municipality of Clarington
and to repeal By-2004-024.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Samuel
Wilmot Nature Area Management Advisory Committee through the adoption of
Report PD-064-98 on June 15, 1998;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 THAT the following persons be appointed to the Samuel Wilmot Nature
Area Management Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the
term of the appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed:
David Best
Arthur A. Burrows
Jim Cleland
D. Kamstra
Joe McKenna
Kerry Meydam
Brian Reid
Jim Richards
Dan Sanoi
John Stoner
Ed Vanhaverbeke
Councillor Willie Woo
2. THAT By-law 2004-024 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
