THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW NO. 2007 - 036
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the
Property Standards Committee for the Municipality of Clarington
and to repeal By-law 2004-023.
WHEREAS Section 31 (11) of the Planning Act RS.O., 1990, provides for the
establishment of a Property Standards Committee composed of such persons,
not fewer than three;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Property Standards
Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Councilor
until a successor is appointed:
John M. Bate
Gerald W. Brown
Douglas Browning
Jeffrey A. Haskins
Andre O'Bumsawin
Peter Reynolds
2. THAT By-law 2004-023 is hereby repealed.
BY-lAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-lAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-lAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
