THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2007 - 033
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Newcastle
Arena Board and to repeal By-law 2004-020.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it expedient to
appoint members to the Newcastle Arena Board;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 . THAT the following persons be appointed to the Newcastle Arena Board
for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Councilor until a
successor is appointed:
Lawrence Burke
Eric O. Gareau
Robert Stirling Holmes
Gord Lee
Carol Little
Herman Valckx
Dave Werheil
Councillor Gord Robinson
2. THAT By-law 2004-020 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
