THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2007 - 030
Being a By-law to appoint Valuers of Livestock and Poultry
for the Municipality of Clarington
and to repeal By-law 2004-018.
WHEREAS Section 31 of the Livestock, Poultry and Honey Bee Act, chapter L.24
R.S.O. 1990, provides that the Council of every local municipality shall appoint
one or more persons as Valuers of Livestock and Poultry;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as Valuers of Livestock
and Poultry for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council
or until a successor is appointed:
James E. Coombes
Brian Souch
2. THAT By-law 2004-018 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
