THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2007 - 029
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Clarington
Highway 407 Community Advisory Committee for the
Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law 2004-026.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Clarington
Highway 407 Community Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report
PSD-128-02 and Addendum to Report PSD-128-02 on January 13, 2003;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Clarington Highway 407
Community Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed:
Jo-Anne McFarland (Ward 1)
Bradford Soles (Ward 1)
Denise Pickett (Ward 2)
John Sturdy (Ward 2)
Andrew Bouma (Ward 3)
Mark Canning (Ward 3)
Jean-Maurice Cormier (Ward 4)
Linda Gasser (Ward 4)
Councillor Novak
2. THAT By-law 2004-026 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
