THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW NO. 2007 - 026
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Animal Advisory Committee
for the Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law 2004-012.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established an Animal
Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report CD-56-96 on November 25,
1996;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Clarington Animal
Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing
Council or until a successor is appointed:
Laurie Arnott
Rhonda Johnson
Peter Klose (Canadian Association of Zoological Parks &
Aquariums)
John Stoner
Dr. Helen Koseck (Veterinarian)
Councillor Hooper
2. THAT By-law 2004-012 is hereby repealed.
BY-lAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-lAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-lAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
