THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW NO. 2007 - 025
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the
Clarington Agricultural Advisory Committee for
the Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law 2004-013.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Clarington
Agricultural Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report CD-21-01 on
April 17, 2001;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1 THAT the following persons be appointed to the Clarington Agricultural
Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing
Councilor until a successor is appointed:
Orwin Bandstra
Tom Barrie
Eric Bowman
Mark B. Bragg
Gary Jeffery
Jennifer Knox
Ross McMaster
Brenda Metcalf
Henk Mulders
Donald H. Rickard
Ted Watson
Councillor Robinson
2. THAT By-law 2004-013 is hereby repealed.
BY-lAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-lAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-lAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
