THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2007 - 023
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Abandoned
Cemeteries Board for the Municipality of Clarington and
to repeal By-law 2004-011.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established an
Abandoned Cemeteries Board through the adoption of Report CD-12-94 on
March 28, 1994;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 THAT the following persons be appointed to the Abandoned Cemeteries
Board for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Councilor until
a successor is appointed:
John M. Bate
Andrew G. Borremans
Terry Maye
Kerry Meydam
Denise Pickett
Laura Suchan
PaulVaneyk
Councillor Hooper
2. THAT By-law 2004-011 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
