THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2007 - 020
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58, as amended, being a By-law
to Regulate Traffic on Highways, Municipal and Private Property in
the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it desirable to
amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule XVI "STOP SIGNS" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Adding the following reference:
Column 1
Intersections
Column 2
Facinq Traffic
Claret Rood and
Drive (all-way stop)
Sandringham Westbound on Claret Rood
Northbound and southbound on Sandringham
Drive
2) Schedule XV "THROUGH HIGHWAYS" OF BY-LAW 91-58 is amended by
A) Deleting the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Hiqhwav From To
Sandringham Drive South limit of West limit of Trulls Road
Durham Highway 2
B) Adding the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Hiqhwav From To
Sand ring ham Drive South limit of North limit of Claret Road
Durham Highway 2
Sandringham Drive South limit of West limit of Trulls Road
Claret Road
3) This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date approved by Council and
when signs to the effect are erected.
