BY-LAW 2001-002
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Animal Advisory Committee for the
Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established an Animal Advisory
Committee through the adoption of Report CD-56-96 on November 25, 1996;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Animal Advisory
Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or
until a successor is appointed:
Colleen E. Cochrane
Laurie Davis - Durham Animal Adoption
Dr. Julia Holt (Psychologist)
Peter Klose
Dr. Bill Mingram - Veterinarian
Paul Spencer
Tara Stocker
Nick VanSeggelen
Councillor Don MacArthur
By-law read a first and second time this 15'' day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15' day of January, 2001.
