APPOINTMENT OF BUILDING INSPECTOR
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT report EGD-40-06 be received;
2. THAT Adam Carter be appointed as Inspector for the Municipality of Clarington
effective September 12, 2006 and that his name be added to Schedule 'A' of By-
Law 2005-145;
3. THAT John Preston be deleted as Inspector for the Municipality of Clarington
effective September 12, 2006, and that his name be deleted from Schedule 'A' of
By-Law 2005-145;
4. THAT Duane Tyte be deleted as Inspector (Fire Prevention) for the Municipality
of Clarington effective September 12, 2006, and that his name be deleted from
Schedule 'A' of By-Law 2005-145; and
5. THAT the appropriate by-law be forwarded to Council.
