minutes of the meetings of January 4, and January 8, 1968, be adopted
as read.

Moved by Councillors Dow and Gibbs that the Clerk and
Township Solicitor are hereby instructed to prepare the necessary by-laws
and advertising to close the Crossing at Martin Road and the Canadian
National Hailway.
Moved by Councillor Dow and Deputy Heeve Down that a letter
from the Public School Board re additional building be received and
filed.

annual levy of i~723.03 be paid to the Lake Ontario Development Council.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that this Council petition
the Ontario Department of Highways for payment of the balance of 1967
subsidy.
Moved by Councillor Dow and Deputy Reeve Down that this
Council adopts a report from Found Realty Co., dated November 28,1967,
and that the Road Superintendent is authorized to negotiate on that
basis.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that Rule 33 be
suspended for the duration of this meeting.
