Hampton, March 12, 1968.
Darlington Township Council met in special Session on this
date, all Hembers present except Councillor Brown, Reeve Muir presiding.
Moved by Councillors Dow and Gibbs that a letter be sent
to the Counties Engineer calling attention to the County bridge in
Lot 7 between Concessions 3 and 4.
Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Down that road
estimates for the year 1968 expenditures in the amount of $310,400.00
as presented to this meeting, are adopted by Council.
Moved by Councillors Dow and Gibbs that Peter McCormick be
engaged to superihtend the Maple Grove dump at $3.00 per day until
further notice.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that this
meeting adjourn.
