Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Dow that the minutes of March 7th,
1968 and March 12th, 1968 be adopted as read.
Moved by Councillors Brown and Gibbs that accounts for the
month of February 1968, as listed herewith, be paid:

Moved by Councillors Dow and Gibbs that Miss Niddery is authorized
to attend the Welfare Officers Convention June 3 - 5, 1968.
Hoved by Councillors DOlv and Brown that tLis Council adjourn
to sit in Committee of the Whole Council.
Council resumed at 3:15 p.m. Reeve Nuir in the chair.
Moved by Councillors Dow and Gibbs that this Township purchase
a Cal sa 'Hunicipal Special' sprayer Hodel 5850-61255. at $2,275.00 net
delivered, on condition that the unit is delivered i~)HamPton not later
than March 29th, 1968.
Moved by Councillors Dow and Gibbs that, having estimated the
cost of improving the road to the Liptay projerty in Haydon, the Clerk
is instructed to inform Planning Board that the cost of the necessary
improvement would be prohibitive, therefore Council cannot carry out the
suggested work, and that the above decision be forwarded to Mr. Liptay.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that Rule 33 be suspended
for the duration of this meeting.
10 On motions as filed, a By-law to authorize a normal road
expenditure of 3174,500.00, was given its several readings, Signed,
sealed and numbered 2381.
& 13 On motions as filed a By-law to authorize a supplement ary road
expenditure of $182,900.00 was given its several readings, Signed, sealed
and numbered 2382.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that the Road Superintendent
is authorized to prepare plans and specifications and call tenders on
items included in the 1968 road programme.
Moved by, Councillors Brown and Dow that this meeting adjourn.
