HAMPTON, APRIL 18, 1968.
Darlington Township Council met in the Council Chambers on this
date, all Members present, Reeve Muir presiding.
Moved by Councillor Dow and Deputy Reeve Down that the minutes
.of the meeting held April 4, 1968, be adopted as read.
Moved by Councillors Dow and Brown that this Council directs
that By-laws to establish Community Centres at No.3 Base Line and at
Haydon, be prepared for consideration of Council.
Moved by Councillor Brown and Deputy Reeve Down that accounts
for the month of March, 1968, as listed herewith, be paid:

Moved by Councillors Brown and Dow that the Road Superintendent
is authorized to purchase a new Deisel Hotor for the Township's loader.
Moved by Councillors Dow and Gibbs that a petition received
from residents of North Darlington, be forwarded to the Ontario Municipal
Board when final application for approval of a proposed public school
debenture issue is submitted.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Dow that this
meeting adjourn.
