Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building
this evening, Reeve Muir presiding, all Members present.
Moved by Councillor Dow and Deputy Reeve Down that the
minutes of the meeting held July ~, 1968, be adopted as read.
Moved by Bouncillor Brown and Councillor Gibbs that accounts
for the month of June, 1968, as listed herewith, be paid:

68-7B-3 Moved by Councillors Brown and Gibbs that a letter from the
Solicitors for Brookdale-Kingsway Ltd., and Bowbrook Investments Ltd.,
be acknowledged, and an opinion of the Township's Consultants be
requested.
68-7B-~ Moved by Councillor Dow and Deputy Reeve Down :
Whereas, an agreement registered as No. 5665, dated March 10,
1958, is no longer desirable or applicable, and this Council
has been requested to execute a release of the agreement:

Therefore the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a release of Agreement No. 5665.
68-7B-5 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that, having inspected
the Waverly Road Overpass, constructed as Contract No. 6475 of the
Township of Darlington, this Council finds the structure and approaches
satisfactory, and it is hereby accepted as completed.
68-7B-6 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that Rule 33 be suspended
for the duration of this meeting.
68-7B-7,8 & 9 On Motions as filed a By-law to provide for speed limits on
Nash Road ~as given its several readings, signed, sealed and numbered
