HAMPTON, OCTOBER 21, 1968.
Darlington Township COUDcil met in Special Session on this date
to open Tenders for supply of a Motor Grader, and to trans~ct other
business, Reeve Muir, Presiding, Deputy Reeve Down, Councillors Gibbs
and Brown attending.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that tenders for supply of
a Motor Grader be received and opened at this time.
Tenders were filed as follows:

Moved by Councillor::. Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Down that the Tender
submitted by Wabco Equipment Canada Ltd. to supply a Motor Grader
Model 660B be accepted as tendered at $1$,742.50, with G.M.Motor, subject
to the approval of the Ontario Uepartment of Highways.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that Rule 33 be suspended
for the duration of this meeting.
'. On motions as filed a By-law to authorize the execution of an
agreement with the Ontario Department of Highways was given its several
readings, signed, sealed and numbered 2398.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that the Reeve
and Clerk are appointed as a Committee to attend a proposed meeting of
representatives of local municipalities and hembers of the Ptovincial
Legisla ture.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Brown that this
meeting adj ourn.
