HAMPTON, NOVEMBER 7, 1968.
68-11-1
Darlington Township Council met this day in the Municipal
Building, Reeve Muir presiding, Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs
present.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that the
minutes of the meetings held October 17 and October 21, 1968, be
adopted as read.
68-11-2
Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Down that
Road Accounts for the month of October 1968, in the amount of
$59,048.74, as approved by the Roads Committee, be paid.
Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Down that the
attendant at the Township Dump be instructed that Dumps are not open
to non-residents of this Township and that signs be furnished to inform
the public of this direction.
68-11-4 Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that
Rule 33 be suspended for the duration of this meeting.
68-11-5,6 & 7. On motions as filed, a By-law to further amend By-law 2111
waS given its several readings, signed, sealed and numbered 2399.
68-11-8 Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Down that
this meeting adjourn.
