Darli~on Township Council met in the Municipal Building
on this date, all members present, Reeve Muir presiding.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that the minutes of
the meeting held November 7, 1968 be adopted as read.
Moved by Councillor Brown and Deputy Reeve Down that accounts
for the month of October, 1968 as listed herewith be paid:

68-11B-3 Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that the
Department of Public Works, Ottawa, be informed that this Council does
not feel that it is possible to amend zoning by-laws to permit
residential use of lands without frontage, but that it is Council's
opinion that other properties in the village could be obtained.
68-11B-4 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that an account
submitted by Gordon Marten, J. P., be filed for payment.
68-11B-5 Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that a
resolution forwarded by Clarke Township Council referring to Mosport
Park, is endorsed by this Council.
68-11B-6 Moved by Councillors Dow and Gibbs that the Road Superintend-
ent is authorized to have an overhead hoist installed in the Township
garage, at an estimated cost of $500.00.
68-11B-7 Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Brown that rule 33 be
suspended for the duration of this meeting.
68-11B-8, 9, On motion, a by-law to amend by-law 2368 was read a first
10 and second time, passed and numbered 2400.
68-11B-ll, 12, On motion, a by-law to further amend by-law 2368 was read
13 a first and second time, passed and numbered 2401.
